Claudia is a homemade chocolate maker in San Miguel del Valle. Starting from cacao beans, she crafts rich chocolate tablets that dissolve in water or milk to create the popular drink, chocolate oaxaqueño. She also offers flavorful chiles and a selection of nuts, like pecans and peanuts, served plain or coated in spices and chile for the perfect snack. She recently sold her products at our Feria de Mujer Emprenadora (Female Entrepreneurs Fair).
