Tereza has been with En Vía for 11 years, using her loans to run her comedor “TERE” in San Miguel del Valle, a local eatery where visitors can enjoy homemade, affordable Mexican food. Most recently, at our Feria de la Mujer Emprendedora (Female Entrepreneurs Fair), Teresa delighted guests with tacos enchilados, chile rellenos, empanadas, and champiñones, all prepared with the authentic flavors of her kitchen.
