Carmen runs two businesses: custom party decorations (papel picado, themed decor, piñatas, candles, and seasonal crafts) and artisanal ice creams in seasonal flavors that are 100% natural. She joined Fundación En Vía three years ago and used her loan to buy materials and supplies to grow both businesses, which she started during the pandemic to support her family.
