Since 2022, Fabiola has run a comedor (small eatery) with a menu of food and agua de sabor that changes daily. Her journey as a business owner started years earlier, however, with a gift shop, then a torta sandwich venture, and later selling vegetables during the pandemic to support her family and community. With her En Vía loans, Fabi is able to buy gas for transport and ingredients for her ever-changing menu. She also takes orders via WhatsApp.
