Francisca Eloisa Bazán Ruíz

Taller artesanal y gastronómico las bugambilias

Francisca has transformed her home into a vibrant space where her two great passions coexist: the loom and the kitchen. She learned the art of handmade textiles as a young girl from her father, later expanding into gastronomy through formal culinary training and traditional recipes passed down by her grandmothers. Seven years ago, she partnered with EnVía to invest in raw materials and machinery, building a workshop from the ground up. Today, Francisca crafts custom large-scale rugs alongside her husband while independently producing traditional Oaxacan delicacies like tamales, moles, and local desserts. Utilizing social media to drive orders, she continues to grow her business with the ultimate dream of completing her workshop's construction and opening a countryside-style restaurant.
