Lucrecia began weaving at 9 years old and learned from her parents, who had learned from her grandparents. Before starting her business, she worked for resellers and earned a very low wage. This was barely enough to cover her family's expenses, but with Envía's help, she was able to slowly become independent. She runs her business alongside her husband and named it after their surnames. She enjoys various aspects of the production process and uses her original drawings to create designs for purses and carpets.
